From 7 to 12 April 2025 we will be present at ClimAct! Expo 2025 in Verona, the event dedicated to sustainable development and climate adaptation

ClimaAct! aims to help raise awareness among citizens, students and teachers, businesses and professionals, local authorities and institutions; to build new awareness of climate change and make commitments and decisions to tackle the climate emergency together.

A week full of free meetings open to the public, during which we will discuss sustainability and climate change, discussing concrete actions to be implemented in daily life and in different areas (public, business, private).

Event details

Based on our experience in the field of circular economy and sustainability, particularly in the area of business support and consulting, we will be conducting – within the ClimAct event! Expo 2025 – the seminar “Rethinking business models in the fight against climate change. Examples, tools and good practices of circular economy from the Adriatic regions” Wednesday 9 April 2025 from 16 to 18, at the Chamber of Commerce of Verona.

The circular economy, one of the pillars of the sustainable transition, is a real opportunity, especially for companies in the manufacturing and tourism-hosting sector, to improve competitiveness through cost reduction and increased efficiency. The meeting aims to give concrete ideas on the implementation of innovative and sustainable business models that minimize direct and indirect costs on the environment.

The seminar is part of the Interreg Italy-Croatia project AWASTER, of which Sinloc is a partner, and will present some case studies drawn from the experience of the European project and the research work of the Loop Research Center. In addition, there will be a focus on sustainability as a strategic lever for companies and the presentation of facilitated finance opportunities available to Venetian companies.

The seminar also includes an interactive session that will allow participants to discuss strategies and critical issues related to the circular economy, following which it will be possible to participate in a networking aperitif.
