Accompaniment to the acquisition of the Marina di Portisco

Accompaniment in the tender phase and in the subsequent corporate and financial arrangement aimed at the acquisition from Invitalia SpA of the company shares of Marina di Portisco in the north-east of Sardinia. Wide-ranging assistance was provided to the Client, managing the tender phase as an expert and project manager, developing the Economic-Financial Plan of the transaction, following the structuring of the transaction together with the partners' lawyers, guiding discussions with potential lenders, due diligence of the offers received and assisting the client in closing the transaction
