Feasibility study under the European Facility NESOI for the installation of a pre-commercial scale TidalKite system, which is a highly innovative tidal-based hydroelectric technology. Tidal energy is available every day, all year round, and therefore contributes to the reliability of the supply. It also reduces the system cost of integrating renewable energy, simplifying grid integration and reducing the need for storage or emergency fossil fuels plants.
