Accompanying the application of the project to convert Palazzo del Ghiaccio in La Spezia into a student residence to the call for student accommodation (PNRR line M4C1 1.7). The building, a former ice production plant in the centre of La Spezia, will house 28 rooms with 52 beds and several service areas for university students.
