Feasibility study and financial research for the redevelopment of Palazzo Partenolli in Gorizia and subsequent conversion into a student with 60 beds, including energy efficiency measures and seismic adaptation of the building.

Results
The building, which has five floors above ground with a total area of 2,000 square metres, will provide 75 beds in double rooms, single rooms and mini-apartments, all equipped with kitchenettes and facilities available free of charge to users (e.g. gym, common areas, library, study rooms, multimedia services). The project responds to the growing need to bridge the gap between supply and demand for accommodation in a city where 30% of students come from outside the region and enrolment in courses at the universities of Trieste and Udine is constantly increasing.
