Technical and operational support to the Eliodora Renewable Energy Community to ensure its activation, management and dissemination in the territory, including through the application of the plants to the PNRR call for proposals. Sinloc ME supports the CER in registering configurations on the GSE platform, adding consumers and prosumers, and using a software platform that enables real-time energy monitoring, automatic redistribution of incentives, customised dashboards and reporting tools. Other activities include member engagement, local awareness raising and assistance in managing relations with the GSE.Technic
Results
REC Eliodora was established in July 2025 with the support of Fondazione Carispezia. The initiative was promoted by 16 founding members, including seven municipalities, the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce, the main local trade associations, an instrumental company of Caritas, and Parco delle Cinque Terre, and is open to additional participants. REC can count on 10 plants already connected to the network and eight candidates for the PNRR call for proposals. Further development strategies are planned, both in terms of plant construction and the dissemination of the initiative throughout the territory.
