Assistance to the RUP for the entrustment of the realization and management of the new Terminal Cruises of Messi

Technical assistance aimed at structuring the procedure for entrusting the construction and management of new cruise terminals at the port of Messina. The intervention includes: market analysis aimed at defining the economic parameters on which to base the business and financial plan, structuring of the tender procedure and preparation of the necessary documentation. Assistance was also provided in the tender phase, evaluation of tenders and contract award and conclusion.
