Awarding the management of the sports facilities of the Citadel of Sport in Ferrara

Technical assistance for outsourcing the management of sports facilities of the Ferrara Citadel of Sport.
Starting from the market analysis, of potential demand, of the upcoming sports offer and of the potential demand, it was possible to evaluate the economic, financial and contractual aspects of a project financing proposal ex art. 193 Legislative Decree 36/2023. Finally, there is a phase of support to the municipality in the management of requests for changes/ additions and in the subsequent and possible tender phase.
