Candidacy for the "Development Plans" call of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the regeneration of the abandoned area of 100,000 sqm "Casermette". The Development Plan aims to create a large multi-purpose complex in the area "ex Casermette" composed of buildings for residential, tertiary and commercial purposes. In addition to the realization of new volumetry, the Plan will also involve the recovery of all the surrounding degraded area through: the reclamation of the area, the construction of social housing, a management center for innovation and green areas.
