Analysis of the organisational structure of Cerchio degli Uomini APS from organizational-managerial, relational, information-digital and economic-financial perspectives.
Subsequent preparation of a development plan aimed at the acquisition of skills related to methodologies and standards for the assessment and management of cases of gender-based violence, strengthen the management of data processing and rationalize the internal management from the administrative-managerial and economic-financial point of view .
