Cicsene organizational strengthening

Strengthening of the C.I.C.S.E.N.E. Association through organizational analysis and development plan writing.
Analysis of the organisational structure, digital maturity level, communication strategy and financial statements of the institution. Preparation of a development plan aimed at structuring the internal processes to accompany the residential area and strengthening activities for promoting policies and housing support through the provision of financial products.
