Definition of service prospects and development of the “Residenza I Faggi” facility for the elderly in Udine

Feasibility study aimed at identifying new service and development prospects for the elderly care structure "Residenza I Faggi", owned by ASP La Quiete Udine. The intervention envisages the definition of a design and management concept for the redevelopment of the structure, as well as an economic-financial plan, with guidelines for the architectural and functional design and the declination of the operational steps necessary for the development of the project in the subsequent phases.
