Definition of the intervention model of the refunctionalization project of the Via Saragozza complex

Definition of the intervention model for the re-functionalization of the complex in Via Saragozza in Bologna to be used for self-sufficient or partially self-sufficient elderly people, developing a design and management concept. The analysis placed the intervention in the local social and health planning and outlined a meta-project with preliminary services and costs. It was proposed to use the complex for the construction of sheltered housing, responding to a strong need in the Municipality, and to use the lower floors of the building for social aggregation activities, to offer housing solutions inserted in a dynamic place in order to promote an active lifestyle.
