Technical assistance for the implementation of the project to develop an innovation laboratory with a focus on agro-food (ILAB FOOD). The activities carried out were: the definition of a work programme; the identification of five cluster sectors through a territorial analysis and stakeholder consultation; the promotion of relationships with stakeholders and local university, and research bodies; finally, the definition of the management model for the ILab Food and its business plan.

The Municipality of Oristano is the implementing body of the program
Innovation Lab of Oristano (ILab Food) financed under the ERDF 2014-2021, which aim is to develop innovative products and services for the agrifood supply chain capable of improving competitiveness on local and international markets. The need arises to define, through a strategic planning activity and definition of thenecessary actions for the implementation of the subsequent phases, the possible development scenarios and methods for implementing the project, taking into account the relevant risk profiles and opportunity.
