Development of an initiative to convert two buildings of the Socrate Fund in Perugia into student housing

Valuation assessment of a real estate asset consisting of two buildings in Perugia, previously used for office purposes. The buildings (SUL approx. 6,000 m2) could be repurposed into student housing. The reconversion assessments were accompanied by a preliminary layout, which includes a student housing solution with integrated nuclei in the smaller building and a hotel solution for the larger building. Sinloc held several discussions with local stakeholders to identify the interest of institutional bodies in acquiring the properties and entering into agreements with the Perugia university system, as well as to intercept interested managers.
