Economic and financial assistance to the Municipality of Forlì to estimate the correct value of the surface rights of the former Hotel della Città, designed by architect Giò Ponti and abandoned since 2015, with the aim of acquiring the property to transform it into a student residence of excellence. The Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Forlì supports the Municipality in this operation, aimed at strengthening the housing offer for students and enhancing the territory.
