ELENA Project – “Project 3L – Less energy, less costs, less impact”

Legal, administrative, accounting and technical assistance for the implementation of the project "3L - Less energy, less costs, less impact". The project, supported by European ELENA funds and by Fondazione Cariparo, envisages the development of energy requalification initiatives for public real estate in the provinces of Padua, Rovigo, Belluno and Treviso. The project includes energy efficiency measures for 320 public buildings, 37,000 lighting points and a district heating network.
