The EnerCmed pilot project in Novigrad, promoted by the Regional Energy Agency of Istria and Sinloc, aims to create a 50 kWp Renewable Energy Community for 70 families. The CER will bring together groups of public housing, where particularly vulnerable people (elderly, those in economic difficulty) reside, and where photovoltaic panels will be installed to ensure affordable rents.
