The EnerCmed pilot project in Pula, promoted by IRENA – Istrian Regional Energy Agency Ltd. and Sinloc, aims to create a 40 kWp Renewable Energy Community (CER) for 40 families. The CER will be developed in a marginalized area of the city, adjacent to the port area, as part of an urban regeneration process. The main goal is to address the needs of vulnerable families and combat energy poverty.
