Feasibility study and Economic and Financial Plan for the establishment of the 'Technological Aviation Pole' in Forlì with the objective of bringing together multiple local operators in the aviation sector: Aeronautical Technical Institute, University of Bologna, Enav Academy, SEAF S.p.A., flight schools and companies in the aviation sector. The hub occupies an area of more than 60,000 square metres. The subsequent drafting of the airport's industrial plan made it possible to define the strategic lines of action for the necessary next steps (total concession, privatisation).
