Starting from the analysis of the reference context, the needs of the province of Lucca have been defined, in particular: construction of new structures, expansion of existing structures and/ or support to the management of the same. A plurality of procedural options were also identified consistent with the objectives of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, and finally the plan for the activities of the Fondazione Dopo di Noi was characterized.
