Feasibility study for the redevelopment of Polisportive Spazio Coop buildings

Economic-financial feasibility study of the project for the energy requalification and refunctionalisation of a number of sports facilities associated with Spazio Coop.
Thanks to the support of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Modena, an assessment of possible energy efficiency measures, their economic-financial sustainability and the identification of financing methods was undertaken. The project also includes an in-depth analysis of a pilot case for the refurbishment of the building.
