Feasibility study for the redevelopment of the municipal swimming pool in Cortina d'Ampezzo, which is closed to the public due to damage to the structure. The new project envisages the inclusion of wellness and fun areas as well as works to improve the viability by widening the connecting roads and the car park in front of the swimming pool. The analyses made it possible to identify some design and procedural scenarios and to define the main risk and opportunity profiles, in economic-financial, administrative-procedural and town-planning terms.
