Feasibility study on the integration project between Interport and Industrial Area in Padua

Preliminary feasibility study and verification of the economic-financial sustainability of the integration project between Interporto, Consorzio Zona Industriale and Attiva SpA, aimed at reducing the degree of territorial overlap, upgrading and strengthening the competitiveness of the area. The intervention envisages the involvement of the reference shareholders: the Municipality, the Province of Padua, the Padua Chamber of Commerce and other public and private shareholders (including banking institutions). The analysis concerned governance and location, budgets, as well as the identification of manoeuvrable levers and management, operational, profitability, and corporate synergies.
