Fondo R&I – Structuring funding for robotic platform for antibiotic diagnosis and stewardship

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to Nurex SRL for the realisation of the robotic platform to facilitate diagnosis and antibiotic stewardship in the treatment of sepsis, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
