F&I – Structuring Financing Operation to Develop a New Test Method for Flight Controls

echnical assistance in structuring the financing operation for Protom group SPA for the development of a new test method (MIB) for flight controls for different types of aircraft, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
