F&I – Structuring financing operation to develop innovative dialysis treatments

Technical assistance in structuring the financing transaction to Iperboreal Pharma S.r.l aimed at developing innovative dialysis treatments through, the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing terms and conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and of the counterparty, also under different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
