Assistance to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in the elaboration of strategies for territorial development and urban regeneration through various activities supporting public administrations.
These include: information gathering, market analysis, definition of best practices, design of sustainable governance and management models, economic and financial analysis, Verification of the intended uses and evaluation of the economic and financial return of the initiatives. The framework agreement also provides support activities in managing relations with stakeholders and in identifying new initiatives and projects of interest.
