FTT – Equity transaction for the construction of a hotel in the Turin prosecutor’s office

Technical assistance in the structuring of an equity operation aimed at the redevelopment of the former prosecutor’s office, in the historic centre of Turin, to be converted into a 4-star hotel through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity concerned counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, analysis of the financial viability of the transaction and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis has been developed.
The project includes a structure of 108 rooms, a gym, a wellness area and a ground floor dedicated to food & beverage.
