FTT – Structuring financing operation for expansion of the fleet for inland navigation

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation for a company in Casale sul Sile that rents boats for river tourism between Veneto and Friuli, through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The resources are earmarked for the expansion of the fleet with eight latest generation and energy autonomous boats, serving two logistic locations, in Casale sul Sile (TV) and Precenicco) (UD). The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
