Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation to Alberghiera Mediterranea for the construction of a 5-star resort, with 55 rooms in the main building and a total of 125 units, through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity concerned counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, analysis of the financial viability of the transaction and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis has been developed.
