FTT – Structuring financing operation for the construction of the hotel Mama Shelter Como

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to the counterparty aimed at the redevelopment of the former freight yard area for the construction of a hotel in Como with a large area of F&B services and a car park through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity concerned counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, analysis of the financial viability of the transaction and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis has been developed.
