FTT – Structuring of a financing operation for the reopening of a former hotel in Paratico (BS)

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to the counterparty for the restyling of the existing hotel near Lake Iseo with 64 rooms and 4 suites through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
