FTT – Structuring of financing-investment operation for construction of resort on Lake Garda

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation in Stroblhof Lago di Garda Srl and investment in Stroblhof Sudtirol Srl aimed at the creation of a 5-star resort in Gargnano (BS) with, in this first phase, 79 units and a wide range of Sport and Wellness services, through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
