FTT – Structuring of financing operation for the construction of 40 rooms of the 4-star Pardu Resort in Cardedu

Technical assistance in the structuring of the 2 Mln€ loan - through Fondo Turismo Sostenibile - in favour of Somerist Villaggi Srl, in co-financing with Confidi Sardegna, aimed at the construction of 40 rooms for a 4-star resort. The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic panels and the provision of recharging stations and rental bicycles to customers. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty.
