FTT – Structuring of financing operation for working capital of Pacini Group, hotel manager

Technical assistance in structuring the financing transaction for MDM Srl, aimed at supporting the operating expenses incurred by the Pacini group, which manages numerous high-end hotels in Rome and Venice. Specifically, the financing covered the personnel expenses incurred between 2024 and 2025 by four companies in the Pacini group. The group has been operating for over 10 years, and its main facility is the Hotel Pantheon, a 5-star hotel located in the historic center of Rome.
