FTT – Structuring of the financing operation for the completion of the resort in Sant’Isidoro (LE)

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation to Borgo Salentino srl for the completion of a resort on the seaside with 252 rooms and 14 suites and equipped with swimming pools, sports fields, restaurant and open-air theatre, through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity involved counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions, and analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
