FTT – Structuring of the financing operation for the efficiency enhancement of cultural assets in Sicily

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing operation to Sicilia Cultura Sostenibile aimed at the realisation of energy efficiency interventions in the buildings and archaeological areas of the Regional Department of Cultural Heritage and Sicilian Identity, through the Sustainable Tourism Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterpart, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterpart. In addition, the sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
