The project consisted in elaborating a feasibility study within the European Facility NESOI for the development of a Renewable Energy Community in the Arinaga Industrial Park (Gran Canaria), in which energy is generated, stored and consumed locally (690 companies).
One of the key points is the establishment of a local energy market. A model has been identified in order to maximize the benefit of the community.
