Technical assistance to Sipro Agenzia per lo Sviluppo within the Interreg – Green Mind project for the design of strategic initiatives to be implemented in the territory, with a focus on green and smart mobility.
The intervention focused on three main activities: mapping project ideas in the area, particularly in the field of sustainable mobility and urban logistics; supporting engagement with local stakeholders and structuring project frameworks for future EU funding opportunities; and finally, submitting an application for a technical assistance program.

The configuration process was structured through the involvement of public and private stakeholders, who participated in one-on-one interviews and focus groups, leading to the definition of a shared vocabulary for the new programming framework.
Sinloc’s intervention enabled the development of two priority initiatives in the field of sustainable mobility: the first focused on tourist transportation and the second on last-mile logistics. Additionally, the intervention identified potential funding programs to which these projects could be submitted in the coming months.
Results
The Interreg – Green Mind project serves as an initial prototype for supporting access to funding within the new programming framework. Given its structure, it can be replicated in other territories and applied to related or different topics.
