H2020-PDA Project “FEAST”

Economic-financial assistance to the Province of Matera in the framework of the Horizon 2020 project FESTA "Fostering local Energy investment in the province of Matera" for the realisation of energy efficiency interventions in PPP with a view to deep retrofit in eight high schools, in the Province headquarters and in a hospital. In the course of the project, a Project Financing procedure was structured, including the economic-financial analysis, the drafting of the PEF, the verification of the convenience of the PPP with respect to the traditional contract, and the preliminary market consultation to sound out the banks' interest in financing the initiative.
