Strategic configuration of the project to enhance the autonomy of elderly people in managing daily life activities. The intelligent system aims to recognize and identify the needs of the elderly caller, providing appropriate guidance or redirecting the call to the relevant operators or caregivers.The project is structured into four main phases: Definition of Human Support actions, Modeling and training of the Artificial Intelligence, User testing, Advanced development and integration of the system. The project is made possible thanks to the contribution of Fondazione Cariparma, under the "Welfare Connesso 2025" initiative.
