Research and support in defining agreements with 2 partner banks as part of the Mountains For Future project, promoted by Fondazione 20 Marzo 2006 – Torino Olympic Park, aimed at enhancing mountain housing assets.
The project seeks to revitalize a real estate stock of over 40,000 underutilized second homes in the Olympic mountains. Once enhanced and integrated into a structured system, this asset could become a powerful driver of economic and tourism development for the entire Metropolitan City of Turin.
Requirements
The project aims to identify banking finance solutions to support the initiative of enhancing the many underutilized homes in the Olympic mountain areas, with a dual objective: promoting sustainable development in the region and creating new economic and social opportunities for local communities.
