Investment in the company Idroemilia for the construction of hydroelectric plants in Emilia Romagna. Sinloc was the company's equity partner and financial advisor.
Idroemilia - at the time of its sale by Sinloc in 2017 - had built two hydroelectric plants (€13m) and obtained authorisation for a further plant (€5m) for approximately 7.5 MW in Emilia Romagna.

Sinloc accompanied Idroemilia's growth not only as an investor, but also through financial planning and arrangement.
Sinloc and the Piacentini Construction Group sold Idroemilia Srl to the investment fund Alps Energy RE Fund in 2017.
Results
Before 2017, Idroemilia had built two hydroelectric plants (in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia) with a total capacity of 5.8 MW and an estimated production of over 17.5 GWh. These plants provide an economic contribution to local authorities through concessionary fees and have created employment in the area. Moreover, they have been developed with technological and industrial solutions that are attentive to environmental balance and the protection of fish species.
