Il Fontanone – Support for application to “PAT.T.O. per il Territorio” call by Fondazione Cariparma

Technical assistance for the application to the PAT.T.O. per il Territorio call by Fondazione Cariparma, supporting the regeneration of the “Il Fontanone” estate (Traversetolo, PR), an area of 10,000 sqm. The project involves the creation of a multifunctional hub including a Social Osteria, cultural spaces, social farming, and training programmes for vulnerable individuals. The estimated investment is €250,000. The methodology includes context analysis, definition of the organisational model, impact and risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Expected impacts concern social inclusion, employability, territorial regeneration, and community development.
