Implementation of the Energy Transition Plan for Piave Servizi SpA.

Development of an Energy Transition Plan for an Integrated Water Service Operator in Veneto. Support in mapping the current state of aqueduct, sewage, and purification services to define a targeted operational strategy. The activity included sector KPI analysis to identify efficiency improvement opportunities, an assessment of the feasibility of renewable energy plants, and an exploration of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) and Collective Self-Consumption models. Additionally, corporate efficiency was evaluated through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) instruments to facilitate sustainable investments.
