Investment for the design, restoration and management of the southern area of Prato della Valle in Padua

Investment in the design, restoration, renovation and management of the southern area of Prato della Valle (formerly Foro Boario), including a historic building of approximately 3,000 square metres, to be used for commercial purposes, and an area to be used as a surface car park with approximately 500 parking spaces. The activities carried out include the preparation of the Economic and Financial Plan, risk and sensitivity analysis, the drafting of project contracts and the activation as an equity investor in the SPV with a minority stake.
