Jessica Sardegna – Implementation of a photovoltaic system and energy efficiency works on buildings

Assistance in structuring the financing operation through the Jessica 2 Fund to the Sella&Mosca winery, aimed at the construction of a photovoltaic system and energy efficiency works. The activity concerned counterparty analysis, technical verification of financing conditions and financial viability of the transaction. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables that impact on sustainability. The activity also involved the development of sensitivity and scenario analyses.
