Jessica Sardegna – Realisation of 3 photovoltaic plants and a biogas plant by the Arborea Cooperative

Assistance in structuring the financing operation to Cooperativa Arborea, through the Jessica Sardinia 2 Fund, aimed at the construction of three photovoltaic plants and a biogas plant. The activity includes counterparty analysis, technical verification of funding conditions and financial sustainability of the transaction. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at the contractual structuring of the project and the understanding of the main variables that impact on sustainability. The intervention also involved the development of sensitivity and scenario analyses.
