Modelling a service for the digital exploitation of historical archives in favour of Asterlizze APS

Structuring of a service for the use of digital content with high historical and artistic value, in favour of Asterlizze APS.
Starting from the configuration of the Memory Unboxing project, based on the PNRR TOCC call, a model for the use of digital historical archives has been defined, with particular attention to the definition of the value proposition, in relation to the categories of beneficiaries and target market, and the analysis of the project budget in order to identify their sustainability scenarios.
